'Reload: ...gui' popup?

When I'm doing a shift + right click to add additional movement orders to a naval or land unit in EU3, I frequently get a debug-style popup prompting me to reload a certain .gui file, or "Close". If I accidentally click the reload option, it can crash the game, and often breaks the UI in some way. It seems like a bug.

Is this a known bug, and is there any way to fix it? I'm using EU3 Divine Wind 5.2.

Its a known bug. Click somewhere far away to get rid of the popup without risking a crash.
The leader creation screen is also capable of causing CTD if you click on a general that is already assigned to an army. It ought to go to the army, but it crashes the game.
