This needs to go:
religion.png

and is replaced by the slide that could look like this:

fidelity_vs_tolerance.jpg

How to manipulate the slider?
It can be manipulate a stretch of time (example 25 years).
It can be manipulate on monarch death if is monarchy and every 4 elections if is republic/theocracy.
It can be manipulate by events.
I can be manipulate on Pope death if is Catholic.
It can be manipulate when important historical actions happen (religious war in france, edict of nantes, edicts of restitition, confedaration of warsaw etc.

Some religions and governments would disable some part of the slide. Example a Catholic country took Conter-Reformation decision you cannot be Tolerance and overall Catholic max Tolerance is +2 until 1650. Same for Protestant and Reformed.

Elective Monarchy, Constitutional Republic max Fidelity would be +3 and max tolerance would get a boost even if reformation is in progress.

etc, etc

Some of base bonus are moved to the Tolerance System.
There are:
City (+25% local tax income)
Land Province (25% local manpower)

It is moved to True Faith Tolerance modifier
and
Being at peace (-0,1 monthly authonomy change) is moved to Being Fidelity.

True Faith Tolerance, Heretics Tolerance and Heathens Tolerance modifiers gives bonuses or penalties dependss on which side of the slider indicator is and if it is positive or negative.
Every point of gives:

Positive True Faith Tolerance on both Fidelity or Tolerance side:
-1 Local unrest
+5% local tax income
+5% local manpower

Negative True Faith Tolerance on both Fidelity or Tolerance side:
+2 Local unrest
-10% local tax income
-10% local manpower

Heretics and Heathens Tolerance

on Fidelity side:
Positive:
-1 Local unrest
Negative:
-1,25 Local unrest
-10% local good produced
-10% local tax income

on Tolerance side:
Positive:
-1 Local unrest
+5% local good produced
+10% local tax income
-1% Local missionary strength
Negative:
-1 Local missionary strength

This is an interesting mechanic (reminds me a bit of early EU3's a bit). I like the idea behind it, though I imagine it could use some fine-tuning.
