Hi! I'm playing as a germanic norse and have already vassalized the jomsvikings. When i raise their troops, however, they don't seem to reinforce whenever they suffer losses, even though the tooltip is clearly stating "Reinforcing X soldiers/month". Interestingly enough, if i wait a few months like this and then dismiss them only to raise them again a day after, the new fresh jomsvikings are greater in numbers, roughly coinciding to how many troops there should be had reinforced in the field. I'm at 100% moral authority, so the actual size of the holy order doesn't change. Does anyone know what could be happening?

I've had the same problem with a Christian order and since your thread confirms it's not just me I've posted a bug report too.
