Religious modifiers do not toggle if rebel conversion

I noticed a number of supposedly Catholic-only modifiers (like the Jesuits for example) did not remove themselves when I let rebels convert my nation to Protestantism.

Others did (like the counter-reformation) but some did not.

Don't have much detail, but thought it was worth bringing up.

Not a tech support issue so moved to main forum. If the community agrees it's likely to be a bug, post in Bug Reports please.
