Right now, Pagan festivals are more or less the same (aside from Jarilo event for Slavic).
These could be made bit more immersive by adding potential event triggers from Great Feast. Along this, few unique religious events which could be added. For example, Romuva (Baltic) could have an event where you appease the household spirit.
Passover suffers from same problem, while it could have events such as sacrificing a lamb instead of being as non-immersive than Pagan festivals.
Passover could also be disabled if you happen to hold k_israel and replaced with bigger event to represent a Pilgrimage to Third Temple. Basicly it could have events which are taken from Great Feast, Hajj and Summer Feast and modified with new fluff, along with piety/prestige gain for ruler.
