There are really a tons of things that come in my mind while playing so I immediatly look for answers here, this time....Religion

-Byzantium(from the quest)....let's say I'd manage to form the Roman Empire, what would it be better(no problems for the ideas but if I wanted to convert I would do it as soon as possible)

a) Staying Orthodox with Byzantium ideas(-11 local unrest, in every orthodox provinces without national unrest counting, meaning no rebels in your true faith lands, with religious ideas an inquisitor and 3 stability you could go to 11,50% missionary strenght making really easy to convet all your lands)

b)Staying Orthodox with Roman ideas(-8 local unrest and basically the same bonuses from orthodox, but with a -20% Core cost reduction), this is pretty balanced

c)Becoming Coptic with roman ideas(only -6 local unrest but you would another -10% CCR)

d)Coptic with Byzantium ideas(-9 local unrest, -10% CCR and the other four bonuses from coptic)

Then, a last question, can a Sunni nation convert to any other religion if all their lands are of that specific religion?
I mean is it possibile, could you accept rebels demands to convert?

Stay Orthodox with Byzantine ideas imo. Easier to maintain absolutism and high overextention as well as insane manpower and icon bonuses- Orthodox is simply superior to Coptic, and the strong focus of Byz ideas is better than the shotgun approach of Roman ideas imo

Well, the game is always to conquer as much as possible, and since you start Byzantium the main goal should always be to reform the Roma Empire, if you can't do that there's no point in changing ideas or religion, and I'm not becoming Italy, Byzantium or Roman Empire, that's the game
