Is there a way for my faith to spread in a good way like protestantism and reformation spreads in a bad way in my country Im russia and orthodox, so I dont have to spend so much time and energy on changing religion in all my provinces?

you have to convert each province manually.

you could release an orthodox vassal and let them do the converting for you....

click on your shield, first tab, at the bottom release vassals. The conversion will then be automatic, if they feel like doing it.
