This is more of a prediction than anything based on what has happened in this latest update, but first let me explain. We have the knights of the toxic god which gives you a origin that gives you a quest for said god. Now while that is a major part of the quest it felt lacking. It is interactive, wonderful with plenty of bonuses and drawbacks which is what a origin should present, with many variations given the paths you go down

But still it felt lacking, as if something was missing, when you play a super long game like I normally do once you find the god that is it, you either kill it or let it live. A few things happen after but the actual impact you have from the quest is rather minimal afterwards. As if the origin did not matter. Which makes sense it is a story based origin meant to tell a story

But that got me thinking, what if there was more planned that they could not finish, or maybe they are laying groundwork for a future idea. my prediction is that we will not only get a new crisis, but we may also see a new ideology/religion system, maybe way down the line, but I believe this is one of the possibilities being worked on as we speak, but only a possibility

Feel free to speculate or call out bs as you see fit, I love this origin, I used it so much so it got me thinking
