I think that would be fun if we had things that make the religion of the spiritualist civilization different from one and another. The game as it is now makes every religion be the same, since the spiritualist ethic gives the same bonus, independent of the religion. So what i propose is not put new spiritualist ethics, each for one type of religion, because it would just make the game worse, but i thing that put civis to make the religions different would be fun. So here are my new spiritualist civics.

God of War

Requirements: Has to be Militarist (Fanatic or not) and Spiritualist (Fanatic or not).
Effect: - 20% War Exhaustion Gain and Holy War (Holy War is not a Casus Belli, it is just a effect that you gain if you win or achieve status quo in a war). If you get more than 50 years without war, your pops will suffer - 10% happiness penalty.
Holy War: If you win a war (active victory), you gain a bonus of happiness for 20 years. The bonus is calculated based on the ammount of enemy ships and armies that you destroyed during the war (armies only count if you destroy them with your armies, destroying enemy armies with orbital bombardment will not make them count). You can renovate the 20 years bonus for each time you go to war, and the bonus will nevers pass 20% happiness bonus, independent of how many wars you win. If the war ends by status quo, the bonus of the war is reduced by half.

Sacred Nature

Requirements: Has to be Pacifist (Fanatic or not) and Spiritualist (Fanatic or not).
Effect: - 20% Consumer Goods consumption. While this civics gives a big consumer goods consumption reduction, it doenst allow you to clear planet blockers of the type Natural to make more districts, but blockers of other types can be cleared. After all, nature is sacred to you.

Divine Technology

Requirements: Has to be Materialist (Fanatic or not) and Spiritualist (Fanatic or not).
Effect: It allows you take materialist ethic together with spiritualist. And replaces priest jobs for tech priest jobs. And replaces high priest jobs for high tech priest jobs (in case you have exalted priesthood civic too).
Tech priest and priest diffrence: While the priet job gives + 5 amenities and + 2 Society Research, among other thigns. The tech priest replaces the + 5 amenities and + 2 Society for +4 amenities and + 1 Research Output (Physic, Engineering, Society)

Different Bodies, Equal Souls

Requirements: Has to be Xenophile (Fanatic or not) and Spiritualist (Fanatic or not).
Effect: It gives + 20% Immigration Pull. And you gain + 1% Happiness for each aditional specie with Full Citzenship species right in your civilziation. The max of this bonus is 20% and can increase and decrease every time along the game, it will depend of the amount of species in your civilization.

Demonic Xenos

Requirements: Has to be Xenophobe (Fanatic or not) and Spiritualist (Fanatic or not).
Effect: It gives + 10% Pop Growth and a happiness bonus based on the amount of pops of your main specie in your civilziation. The max of the bonus is 20%, and if you have any other species that is not your main specie in your civilization, you will get no happiness bonus (except if the other species are enslaved or being purged).

I think it would probably be better to give everyone except fan. materialists access to a religion mechanic, and give people different amounts of points (maybe called something like fervour) to spend on customising their religion based on their ethics. There could be a new screen with slots that can be filled up with mechanics similar to the additional civics you suggested but toned down in effect (presumably called something thematic like tenants or doctrines) and buttons that allow you to spend fervour to give your empire temporary bonuses, like on the relics screen.

Then again, maybe I just want CK3 religious customisation in space.

That would be awesome!! :) But like some people in other threads had already suggested, it should rather be an ideology system, which could encompass both religious and secular beliefs. But I think at that point it would probably interfere too much with the regular civics.
