The way the game seems to work now is that Colonial Nations are always the religion they are at their creation, even if their parent nation changes religion. Unlike with other subjects, there is no option to change religion in the "Subject Interactions" menu.
This is especially annoying if you are a early colonizer, you wanted to be reformed and/or the protestant reformation occurs at a later date as you will be stuck with either a colonial nation of the wrong religion or you have to postpone your colonisation effort by a fair bit.
Please add a option to either change this in the subject tap or through a decision and give conversion bonusses like you always get when you convert to another religion the normal way and possibly also give liberty desire depending on how much provinces are in the CN, CN's with up to 10 provinces give no liberty desire, from 11-25 give 25% Liberty Desire, 25+ province CN's giving 50% liberty desire.
