releasing vassals

to me this is crucial; vassals are THE most important aspect of reaching a vast empire ( on very hard ptions= bb critical limits); to be more detailed: whenever annexing a nation and then release it ( give it MY advantage of technology for example so it can conquer, build manus, forts..) it gets very frustrating when not able to release the "predicted" vassal( most times only its formal capital= useless)....the south american releasers are well done , no complaints ther; but europe lacks a well done "releasers file

i only bring this to "attention" maybe will be looked at once understanding my above stated reasons
