Releasing pupets that have the same core as you

I have anexed nations that have the same core as me, then releasing them at later date. This causes problem as the released nation will recive the contested provinces.

Example as austry-hungary realase germany, will give germany the provinces in Austry even you have those provinces as core.

Expected behavior when releasing nations that have the same core as you, you will have the contested provinces.

This was one of the thing that DH does better than HOI4. In DH you could set claims on territory for belligerence (WT) which wouldn't be core territories but would give you more diplomacy options or let you carve up the map how you want.
