When, what quarter, what year is Paradox looking to mark as a release time for this interesting project?

They have been revealing more screenies lately (2 in just 2 weeks!), so maybe they will release it soon! GOD BLESS PARADOX!!!

I doubt it will be this quarter like they are projecting. Besides, releasing screens proves nothing as far as progress goes. Updates are where the substance of progress is, and we have not seen an update on where the game actually stands in some time.

As always they will release the game when they are ready. (I hope) Contrary to earlier releases Paradox probably doesn't have such a strict release schedule as they normally have at christmas time due to the publisher rushing them.
But still, I think CK will go gold in just 2 or 3 months if not even earlier. As CK never was meant to be an inhouse project it has disturbed the fine Paradox schedule where they realease one game a year just about at christmas time. I think they want to finish this product as soon as possible so they can move on to next one that they will aim for another christmas product. That might also be the reason why they are searching for another programmer.

The official page still lists Q1 2004 and I don't doubt that they can release it by then (still two months to go)
But there might be a couple of patches out by late summer/early autumn
The german distributor Koch Media has the release date(noncommital) 07.04.2004 on their homepage/onlineshop!
