Hi all,

I have a question about one certain aspect of the game. I would like to play Croatia but it doesn't exist in the game start date. So can I release it as vassal from Hungary and then "Play as" as there was in Vicki? And also does this mess with iron man mode? Since I would really like to get achievements with my home country. And see what I can do with it...
