Release time for EU

Seems a bit late in the day for Bulgarians to release a game.

unlock time is 17:00 CET. When I looked at 21:00 CET in the Steam store it said: "This game will unlock in approximately 19 hours". 21:00 CET + 19 hours = 17:00 CET

Steam telling you "19 hours" means "less than 20 hours". At 17:00 CET it will switch to "less than an hour" or something similar. Been there before.

Yeah, it changes on the hour. 10:59:59 it said 2 hours. 11:00:00 it said 1 hour.

Unfortunately it might have to get to -2 hours according to the stream.

Is there some essential last minute stuff that is going on before release? Why not just let it go when the Steam timer is up. Just making people mad. I have a couple hours to myself, and was planning on playing. Now by the time it comes out, I'll have little time to play until much later. Grrr!

Also the Steam countdown is off by an hour, it will release an hour after that.
