Has 1.33 changed anything about vassal release? I cannot release Byzantium after conquering Constantinopol;, nor the Livonian Order after conquering Goldingen, both countries do not exist and they still have cores.

To release vassals you need a province in the vassals culture group. Constaninopol is turk after Ottoman conquest and goldingen is latvian, but Livonian Order is germanic.
