How can the game be released all ready this is ridiculous this guy Mork had Vicky before anybody else this is such a sham so 10 people in Denmark have the game I think its just a hoax to get people excited about the game obviously the game isn't released anywhere yet they just had 'Mork' show screenshots to generate sales I have pre ordered my game from paradox but cmon we all know this is a marketing ploy I love you guys

Doesn't Panvision do the releases in all of Scandinavia? That would suggest to me that Panvision shipped it to Denmark and Norway but somehow neglected to get it to Sweden and the game producers. I find that a bit odd.

All exercise is good exercise. Think of the calories you burn when you're pedalling like hell to save your life. Plus, you get a nice adrenaline boost as well. So, if you're fat and want to lose some weight quickly, i'd even suggest rabid wolves. You'll lose weight one way or the other

The one thing I'm still wondering about is why there even are copies of CK in Denmark. Not why they were sold, rather why there was a copy to sell in the first place.

Why should people not want to have it as early as they could? I surerly was dissapointed when I saw that they moved forward the release date in "webhallen" to the 23rd. As it is now I have nothing until then and then get two games I want within one day. ouch.

Frankly some of the reactions here on the blunder are pretty amusing. I mean: c'mon people, it was a fault. I spoke with the people in Betafon yesterday (hoping to secure a copy, which I didn't), and they told me the distributor simply made a mistake, so 10 people or so now got the game early.

That does not in any way distract from anything promised to pre-orders. You still get the game, you still get it early on. Nothing changes. The whining going on is simply childish envy. Nothing else. Your situation is neither better nor worse because of the blunder, so dry those tears and get over it. It's game for crying out loud!

I assume that they don't pile up all the games and send them all out when all have been printed, but instead send them out as they go along... makes sense. Not only would it take more space, but it would also be damn stressful to have to package and send it all at once. We are talking about a quite large amount of games here...

I like a good conspiracy theory to, I think there needs to be a full investigation into this charecter "Mork" and how he gets the games before anyone else.

Of course I'm envious. If it's childish or not I can't say, since I don't know what you mean by "childish". Although my guess would be that you think that all envy is childish envy...

I'm happy for Mork, Endre and the others since it's in a way better that at least they have the game than that no one has it, but naturally I envy them.

As for poor pre-release service, I sent in a question about pre-ordering on Sunday night and when I checked my Email this morning I had two responses from Paradox already. That's better than an awful lot of companies out there.

Seconded. Fredrik was speedy and helpful when I had an ordering issue. I work for a very small company myself (I'm the boss, in fact ), and it's hard when people think you have hundreds of employees and you have, in fact, 5 or 10. You do the best you can to be responsive and sincere, and I think Paradox has been doing this.

paradox is doing the best they can, everyone needs to calm down and if you cant do anything to help (which we really cant ) just let the people who are selling the game, sell the game. hopefully we will all be playing ck soon but there is little WE as customers can do to speed up a process we have no control over.

About the exact retail release

Don't shoot me because I ask for the release date, but I wondered about the following things:

1) If Panvision has 23/04 as release date, does that mean shops (or at least some of them) will have the game by that exact day? Because the guy at Betafon told me 24/04.

2) Is it also released in the rest of Europe (more specifically, Belgium) at 23/04? I wanted to look it up but didn't know who the publisher would be.


I ask this because I move back from Denmark to Belgium on 24/04, early in the morning, before shops open. So if Belgium has a later release date I would definitely try to find it here in Denmark on 23/04, but if 23/04 is not the 'real' retail release date, then I would just be wasting my time on that as well. So it's not that I can't wait one more day for the game, it's really important if 23/04 is the exact release date

And unfortunately I can't use the direct order thing...

23/4 is when shops are allowed to sell it. Some might get it a few days before. The store you checked may be getting its order in on that day. That is the Scandanavian release as far as I know, different publisher in Belgium. The only people outside of Scandanavia who will get it around then are those who pre-ordered with Paradox.

Apparently, stores in Denmark already have CK (one or two actually sold a few copies before Paradox found out and put the kibosh on it), so I'd say it's pretty darn likely that the Danish stores will have the boxes out and on sale on the 23rd.

Where In Denmark can i get CK, im planning to drive there but i need to know sure the game will be there or i would be very very dissapointed to make the 10 hour drive LOL
