Release info coming at GDC

Chris King (Senior Game Designer): King is a veteran designer whose dedication to the intricacies of the historic modeling that Paradox prizes can be seen in his design of Victoria II and Hearts of Iron III – one a beloved curiosity and the other one of Paradox’s best-selling games.
This is from the Press release from paradox regarding the press conference at GDC. Considering it puts his job title and makes no mention of him being a former employee of Paradox, I can only assume that he has returned to the company.

Let us be ignorantly hopeful. I'm wishing for a fallout 4 slap to the face. Where every is just like REALLY SO SOON?
Side note I'm wondering when we will be able to preorder. I'd like to order a large pack like they did for Crusader Kings 2. I hope they cover some of that if they don't give a release date.
If they announce HOI4 release and Victoria 3 in development...my head will explode.

So to summ all the stuff up:
- There will be release info at GDC about HOI4 and Stellaris
- Podcat doesn't have enough time left to code in air supply (how long would that take? 2 months? idk)
- Daniel said the current state of the AI is very good
- major buggs are fixed I believe? (gamebreaking ones)
- and I believe they will release Hoi4 before Stellaris
- Game is very stable + no crashes during WWW except that 1 session
out of this info I conclude: Hoi4 will be released in Q2 we might even see an April release?
But that is pure speculation some might yell. But I'm certain about Q2 because there's not enough time left to get air supply in which shouldn't take that much time (else it would have being there in beta as a core feature). So if they would say Q3 there would be enough time which would contradict podcats post. So Q2 is certain.
I hope this gives people a better picture.

I'd think a month at the very least is the wait time if they plan to release(For Pre-order). I think they are waiting on artwork. I heard them mention something like that. I'm also curious when the random 10 winners will be picked.

Yes but we ain't April yet so I have hopes up
but I don't mind if I gotta wait till May, its my birthday then too 
I need to play hoi 4, phisically now. I thought I could unhook off hoi 3 and wait a couple fo months and play hoi 4. I can't... U might be slowly driving me to a psychiatric ward here.

Daniel had some extra excitement in his voice this last WWW video. Also they claim to have learned their lessons about announcing release dates or time periods to early. With all of that in mind I think we are looking at a May release. I think this Wed's video will be to showcase the game in it's finished state and then the following one's may be another multiplayer leading up to release. Would be nice for them to release it to the youtubers and let them show it off....if we are to that point.

Found Stellaris on The Slitherine Forum, and I'm very upset to find out I got into the new Masters of Orion while that is coming out. Stellaris looks better! Also will likely have more devoted fans.
AI is good? AI is never good, enough... Though we shall see how this one holds up?

I watched WWW and though that's from almost 4 months ago anyone can see the game is far from complete at that point. They could just rush it out the door but why?
I have seen so many games hyped for release, the best ones just come up as released the moment I go to buy. That's the most entertaining. Also with a Demo in case I hate it before I buy so I don't have a 50 dollar departing sadness.
Anyone can see this game is done but polishing? That requires time.... I think we could see it in a day,month or before Christmas!

Ai is one of the most problematic things to do. How do you simulate the intelligence of the human mind? Its a daunting task and universally given up to just give them lots of buffs and hope for the best. But I noticed watching a few run through the Ai is good enough to beat minors. That's at least positive. Anyways I look forward to the game. I'm hoping its released soon.

I've read that you can sign up for Demo Sessions at GDC, but I didn't see they would actually release a Demo version.Can you show confirmation that they will release a Demo at GDC
