I didn't realise CET was such a confusing time zone to certain people (i.e. Americans).
I mean, we have 4 time-zones in mainland America, so time-zones aren't the confusing part, it's all the abbreviations other people use for times that are confusing.A few paradox games released and it stops being confusing, but time zones in general are kinda wonky in America since they don't really bother to teach anybody much about the different time zones of the world, etc.
The fact remains that it's not difficult to figure out when the game is released. It's not necessary to create yet another thread with the same question. The answer will remain the same. One of the problem is that we are currently in CEST in Europe and not CET.
Which is also an error PDX in their mail to reviewers as they gave the time as CET which didn't match the eastern time they gave.
It's a very common mistake which most poeple make, both here and in America. Many Americans say EST or PST in the summer, when they should say EDT and PDT (there even is an example on this very page, which I quoted below). Aside from the weeks around changing between DST and normal time people should know whether DST applies or not, despite whether the abbreviation is the DST one or not.One of the problem is that we are currently in CEST in Europe and not CET.
