You seem to either not know what CEST is, or struggle with the concept of 24 hour clocks. It is currently 07:11 CEST, so release is still about 11 hours away.

Not sure if serious or not, but it releases on the 25th of April, 2019 at 18:30 CEST. For people in America, that is roughly 11 in the morning on the 25th. For those in AUS that is roughly 2 AM on the 26th of April I believe.

I hate to add confusion to the matter but it seems paradox have adjusted the countdown timer on the stream, and it in fact lines up with 18:00 CEST/GMT+2 once again.

I really fail to see the issue for Paradox to publicly announce time and date. If they want to maintain the Pax Forumana on here they should give clarification.

I agree, but it may be simply due to so many times games (Not specifically Paradox games) are given release times, and something goes wrong, which they can't control. Normally a problem with Steam, and it gets delayed either 10mins, or a hour, and obviously us being reasonable people, all rise up wanting to burn the studio to the ground and calling for heads to roll, and the usual demanding free DLC as compensation... So I imagine they decided they didn't want a Pleb uprising over a minute or two's delay.
