No and if it was it would most likely be sticked. Currently all we can basically say is that the game will be released Before July if nothing Changes.

it is 3/2, which would put 15/3 a month and a half away, and we still don't have the release date, I highly doubt that they would be cutting it this close, so maybe 21/4 (date of the founding of Rome).
Since we haven't got a relase date yet im inclined to say the game got pushed back to mid 2019
The only official information we have is "First half of 2019", or somewhere between now and June 30. Anything else is guesswork.
Of course we can still make well educated guesses. Paradox is a publicly traded company, and all such always operate on quarter to quarter basis (good ones plan many quarters ahead, but they still think in terms of quarters). So by not saying 2019Q1, we can be pretty darn sure 2019H1 really means 2019Q2...
Therefore, I:R will most likely be released somewhere between April 1 and June 30...

Given that they have said they would be careful with annoucenment after HOI4, I very much doubt that is the case. Look at the streams, the game do look like it could be released rather soon and why would they bother to show it if there is a whole year left to release?
Didn't they semi recently state that the game still was in alpha, and very close to moving to beta? If true then there's presumably still be quite a while left.

I have not heard anything about the beta so I suspect the game may not be in beta yet.
It's supposed to be first half of 2019, so before July if there are no delays. Wouldn't expect it before April though, most likely May or June.

If they were close to Beta at the end of the last year, than I:R is already in beta now or will be in close future
