I think that if you preorder it ships on the 14th no matter where you are

It's because games ship on a different day of the week here in the USA than they do in Europe. Mondays and Tuesdays are the rule, here.

I don't know, but I would think it would have gone gold, since it is going to be sold in NA on April 15th. I think the burning of the CDs and all take atleast two weeks.. I am just guessing here...
