Releasable Countries

I would suggest to add the following countries as possible ones for release. It would be great if done for the next upcoming patch.

Catalonia - imo it's a must, don't know why it's so much neglected in the HoI series... they've a strong national feeling;

Eastern Africa - it would be a good puppet for Italy, plus other countries that could possible size that territories.

Siberia and other sub-Russian countries (IIRC Transural and Primorsk) are restored for the upcoming patch.
Italian East Africa is implemented in DH since 1.0.

Ow! My mistake about East Africa, sorry. Even that playing as UK and have conquered all that region, it doesn't show up as a possible country for release...

But there is still the Catalonia request...

It's called Italian East Africa for a reason
(only Italy can release that country)

On the other request - there are no available people in the team to work on it.

I notice some countries don't have ministers and such (like Gran Colombia, Centroamerica, Euskadi...)
You could just add Catalonia (another good improvement would be add Taiwan too) supplying it (them) with the basic infos as some these other countries that are ingame are supplied too.

These are left-overs from Armageddon upon witch Darkest Hour is built on. I personally see no point in adding a half-backed feature that would annoy people that even didn't knew it is missing.

Seconded. Don't implement countries without ministers. As much as I liked the ability to release Pindus, I was annoyed at the lack of ministers. No or very few TT's and generals I can live with, seeing as I won't play as them.

Euskadi exists in WiF for Armageddon. You might want to download that mod and check its GFX files to see if those minister pics are there.

BTW, reviewing it i've noticed that there are some errors in the ideology of some EUS ministers, i'll give you a corrected version of the minister file ok?

I'll also create ministers for pre 1936 period.
