The thing is... this was supposed to be a "bug fixing" patch.
[obvious nitpick]
The exact word used by Johan was "crash", or what may be understood to be stability bugs. You seem to have extended that to automatically mean all "bugs" in general (including what you call "fundamental logic errors" as well).

Vassals going independant following a crusade? Not fixed.
Papal Anything? Not fixed.
400 Year Crusades? Not fixed.
Kingdoms collapsing like clockwork? Not fixed.
I'm sure I'm not the only person that never really experienced too many CTD type bugs in 1.03b. I was looking for the fundamental logical errors to be fixed, and they were not.
This is probably the most disappointed I've ever been by a Paradox patch.
Look, those are certainly serious problems that really need to be addressed but, from what I got from the official posts, "fundamental logic errors" do fall more under "gameplay" (what 1.05 would focus on) than under "crashes". So I'd hardly consider that surprising.
By all means, you're free to have your own opinions, I'm not seeking to forcefully change your reasoning. Just pointing a couple of things out.
