Who cares about the BB... Unfortunately, you can't script govt fall, so there's no way for lazy boys to do WC ;)
Well, by this stage BB didn't matter. The Dutch declared war on me and Sweden and Scotland joined in, but although the Dutch army was big it was still no match for mine and most of it was in Indonesia. It just ended up doing me more good by making Scotland give me Ireland and Sweden give me Norway as new vassals. This is the flaw with BB - if you're powerful enough BB wars do you more good than harm.

The stubborness of the AI is amazing. As Granada, I wanted to lose Andalusia to a one province Spain (to get it back later with a CoT and a Shipyard :D). So I declare war and a month later, with 0% warscore I offer Andalusia, and they reject it! I beat and exterminate all of spanish armies and repeat the offer of Andalusia with +2% warscore and a siege over Castilla. Niet!! I had to conquer Castilla and get a favorable 100% warscore before they would accept my gift of Andalusia. But a few years later they did not want to return it :D. Who understands the AI?

The AI doesn't value provinces the same as your peace offer does. As Trebizond/Byzantium I went to war with Spain, my only objective was to take Andalusia. Jan 1st - we offer peace for Andalusia - refused. Feb 1st - same peace refused again. Mar 1st - refused again. April 1st - refused again. April 14th or so - Spain offers Sicily, Sardinia, The Baleares, and Andalusia - I refuse because I don't want to wait to annex uber Ethiopia or spark early BB wars. Jun 1st - peace for Andalusia refused again. July 15th or so - Spain offers Sicily, Sardinia, The Baleares, Andalusia, and MALTA

As far as I can see the AI devalues its peace offers by 50%, prefers to offer adjacent provinces or ports, and accepts much better deals after its army is dead and capital seized. Asking for "interior" provinces is the easiest way to have the AI scorn your peace deal; Spain would rather give away every port it owns than turn over Andalusia and Toledo. However if you own Trabzon, the Sheep will give away Armenia before they offer the Persian provinces they nabbed and have massive RR.

Really it would be nice if whenever you offer peace the AI did a hypothetical counter-offer for comparison and accept particularly generous offers.
