Why can't I simply reject a PU where I would be established as the senior partner? Just get screwed hard by getting Austria in a PU under me, why can't i let them keep their land?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
The issue is so old that Pdox should have already done sth about it. Every other week we can see thread that e.g. sb's alliance with France got wrecked by PU war over some OPM.
