Reinstate the Kaiserreich

Soo...I couldn't find anything on this topic, but just wondered if it will be possible to reinstate the German Kaiserreich. Would be a really awesome and has some roots in reality, basically a military coup. That's basically all I want to ask, I hope I'm right here (that's my first post on the forums so...yeah).

And please don't turn this into a bunch of political discussions. There are other places for that.

Personally, given that we know Trotsky can take over the USSR and Mosley can be ruler of a fascist Britain, I would be hugely surprised if restoring the Kaiser wasn't an option given certain criteria. It's a very popular alternative history, and Paradox do love their strange achievements.

Not necessary. It's just a case of moving Germany from Fascist to Non-Aligned, and having the Kaiser as a leader.

I guess you could kinda butcher the trotsky coup for it and copy and paste some stuff over and modify it accordingly. Its not like there werent enough attempts to assasinate Hitler and take down the NSDAP to choose from for this. Sadly all of them failed historically.

It seems very popular, yes and a fascist USA or GB was by far more unlikely than the restoration of the Kaiser. There were a lot of plans for it and a reason why actually many nobles supported Hitler at first, because they thought he might restore the monarchy. They were of course...not amused to but it lightly, when that didn't happen. Look at the Oster Conspiracy.

Yeah, I saw a mod yesterday ("Modern Warfare") that already laid out which flags they would use for the different forms of government (Communism, Democracy, Constitutional Monarchy, Absolute Monarchy, Nationalist Republic).
