I recently built a new rig, reinstalled windows, redownloaded steam, got CK2 all set up and ready to go (having seen the thread in the forum about running dxsetup and vcredist). Only it seems I've lost access to all the DLCs that I bought on gamersgate. Are they ... gone forever? Am I gonna have to rebuy them on steam because I changed machines? That would really, really suck.

Just to be clear - you're on the Steam version (2.3) now?

Assuming the latter, your fear is that DLCs that you bought on GG, and were later gifted to you on Steam, have been removed from you somehow? If so, no, that's not possible. Once you have something on Steam you have it and that's that. Do they not display in your Steam account as yours?

If so, there's no known reason why they wouldn't download when you installed the game again, on any machine.
