Reinserting the Russian Regime

I've noticed that if you don't have all of a nations territory you cannot release them as a vassal. A slight problem as I would wish to reinstate an Entente-aligned Russian state from former Soviet land even though Delhi and Japan has taken rather large chunks of southern and eastern Soviet Russia. Is there any way to realease a Russian state, preferably without taking territory from my allies?

"Cheating" is fine.

Otherwise, is there any way to write an event for it to happen?

I disabled the Bitter Peace event for Japan to make an annexation and without having to leave with only a small part of eastern Russia when I've succesfully claimed Moscow, Tsaritsyn and Petrograd.

This will be an easy fix, just a little editting of only one file!

To start, go to your Kaiserreich install folder, then to the db folder. Back up the file beforehand but open up the file within the db folder called revolt with a text editor. Scroll down the file till you see RUS = { or just use a search feature to find it. Replace the entire Russian section with this....

Feh, terminology. You understand what I mean!

I replaced what was there before with what you wrote. Now, suddenly, the game stops loading on "Initializing Globals". It does not crash, it just... doesn't ever finish loading. =/ What could cause that?
