So what's up with rulers reigning in their capital counties, when the entire county is occupied by enemy forces?
It's almost painful to see King Sigbert sitting in Buckingham...which my forces are occupying. What gives? Why can't Paradox put a line of code in "[character] cannot be in [holding] when occupied by enemy". He'll then move to another one of his holdings or, failing that, a vassal city or barony or bishopric or, failing that, a foreign court.
