Hello I downloaded the app store version of victoria 2 on my mac. I wanted to register the game to access some forums. However the app store version doesn't provide the code and I read on other forums that I have to contact Virtual Programming to receive the code. It's been nearly a week since I contacted them but still haven't received a response. How long does it usually take for them to respond or will they respond at all?

I gave up trying to get a registration code for my Mac version. Someday V3 will arrive, and then I can finally access those magical sub forums.
This is only a problem for the older, Virtual Programming versions of the games. I couldn't get a code for EU3, either, but EU4/CK2 are no problem.
Well usually Paradox Tech support alwas used to say it's an VP issue, by what i read, so submitting a request here might not help, but i ain't sure.
I guess if you can prove your payment that the moderators here could give you access to the VicII subforums anyway.
Should be technically possible, i assume. If they will do, i have no idea.
This happened to me, and they responded that they require that I submit a pdf of the receipt, after which they immediately issued the code. It was rather inconvenient but they can get it to you. It took 4-5 business days for the whole process.
