Registered game; still can't access technical support subforum

I bought, downloaded, and installed Crusader Kings II off of Steam a few days ago and just registered that code thing it gave me. I'm told that's supposed to put an icon on my forum posts and grant access to subforums like technical support. Just in case something went wrong, I tried entering it again, but it said I had already registered.

What do I do? I seriously need technical support. D:

Confirmed. Can't see CK2 there.
