Register CK2 with this account

Hi,
TIME ago I registered my account on paradoxplaza forum and registered on this account my game CK2.
my account was adrian1984 and my email ...@libero.it.

The problem is that now if I try to login on paradoxplaza with adrian1984 I recieve this message, but I can't Login:
"This forum account has already been merged with a Paradox account. From now on you can only login with your Paradox account using the Paradox login button above."

So I tried to register a paradox account with the same email address ...@libero.it but is a brand new account no linked with my original account adrian1984 registered on the same mail address

I cant login with adrian1984 on paradoxplaza forum, where I registered my CK2 game there.
I created time ago a ticket for assistance to support, but I have never been answered.

Now i have this new account where I registered EU4, there is a way to register here also CK2 with the game serial number?

You will need a mod/admin to solve your merging problems; it sounds like it got stuck in the problem, but I don't know if that is actually the case.

With regard to CD codes then it is not possible to deattach them from a forum account; it also isn't allowed to have two accounts, so you should be prepared to have one of your accounts banned. Don't register any more games until this is solved, since you will lose the possibility of having either EU4 or CKII registered, when one of your accounts are banned.

Log a support ticket at paradox.zendesk.com and one of the support reps will be able to tell you what is going on.
