This idea may or may not have been suggested before, but I would like to suggest an option concerning Regions, and probably India in specific.. With the new Game Rules and such, it would be very neat if we had the option to disable regions. While I understand that this may be a lot of work, it would not only improve performance if you disabled regions (and by default, the Realms there), but if you wanted to play a more localized game as well, this would be a useful feature. By disabling, I mean basically turning that region into Terra Incognita.

So, what do you guys think? Maybe a mod that could do this? I'm not sure just how moddable the Games Rules are myself, but that could work too.
