Hello just a idea that just came to mind, what about instead of always having a regency council, you sometimes get a regent, he would allow:

Going to war while at a regency.
He would get the following modifieres:

+3 pertender and Nobel Revolt risk.
A small chance that when your heir come at age he will rise against you with a big pertender army.

gimme your troughts. :)

I don't like it. We need fully change of dynascy system, with more hairs, and possible wars between brothers, or sth, maybe with Regent uncle for young hair, but your idea has too small penalties to be fair.

Well maybe other penalties then, and with the "fully changes of dynasti system" i agree on but one of the devs said they never would make an advanced dynasty system, like in Crusader Kings. So that aint gonna happen sadly.

If you dislike the regencies, just kick your stability to three and get the usurpation event
I don't dislike regencies, but i would like some more flavor to it, my sugesstion is not made because i don't like regencies, but because i would like diffrent types of regecies.

The idea that the player is punished at random with minimal to no agency is a rather warped perspective of "fair". Regencies are punitive enough (lower ruler stats, legitimacy drain) without blocking the player from playing the game.
