I just need feed back about the stats to weight correctly what the death of a young heir implies. I did have a few ones, usually with awfull stats; often, there is at least one 0. Another stat is really bad; like 2. 3rd one depends. Sometimes its bad too, but it happens to be good as well (4/5 or something). Overall, I would say it's bad MP wise.

You can check the wiki page for monarch power. According to testing it's 2d4-3 while a natural ruler is 2d4-2, which means that a regency council is like a ruler with a -1 penalty to all 3 MPs.

Alright, thanks. Then, it's better than I thought and shouldn't hurt MP much on the average. So, better getting rid of average heirs even if at risk of regency. MP wise. Lack of war is another thing to weight out though.
