I read from someone a long time ago that Slothful courtiers are less likely to fabricate claims, or really do much of anything, in comparison to characters without Slothful. It's true Slothful gives stat penalties, which technically would hurt them, but I was lead to believe Slothful has a hidden built-in modifier, causing courtiers to simply not work as hard at their jobs. Not just in regards to fabricating claims, but managing cities, converting religious provinces, etc. Is there any truth to this?
If I have an awesome stat courtier who is Slothful, would you take him over a slightly weaker stat character who doesn't have Slothful?
