The current minimum processor requirements are "Intel Core i5 @ 2.5Ghz". Is that 2.5 GHz base, or would a 1.3 GHz i5 processor that can turbo boost to 2.6 GHz suffice for the minimum requirements?

Specifically I'm using a 1.3 GHz i5 HD 5000.
