The "Microsoft Windows 10 Edition" product is not suitable for PC in the way the game was intended to be played. This is a console product tweaked to use on Windows platform. HOWEVER - Buyer Beware... you will NOT be able to use this with Steam and will NOT have any access to upgrades, downloadable content created by other players, additional buildings or MODS like are on Steam. Microsoft WILL NOT refund your purchase when you realize the TRUE Windows version is not sold by Microsoft (I lost $ 100 as a result). The correct version is available through Paradox directly, or through Steam from what I have now learned the hard way, I had to re-purchase everything from Paradox & Steam websites to experience the true game benefits and MODS etc.
