If you keep it up, maybe the previous HoI games will catch the attention of some zealous legal person who will make sure you can't buy it in Germany anymore.
As stated in the FAQ, we put the game out according to the laws at the time. Things have changed, as well as Paradox. We are a much larger company now with a lot more attention on us.
Regarding future expansions: You owning the German or Non-German version will have no effect on if you can buy/play future expansions. I doubt there will be any Germany focused content going forward, since this is the part of the game that had the absolute most attention paid to it already, for obvious reasons. So there shouldn't be much to worry about.
