If a vassal refuses to stop backing a plot, I get the opinion modifier "traitor" toward them, which allows me to revoke a title. I can often revoke all of a vassal's titles this way.
Either:
A) Weak AI vassals (those who wouldn't put up a fight to stop revocation) should not refuse, or
B) Refusing should only give the liege an imprisonment reason, not a revoke reason
Either of these would make it riskier to take titles this way, and prevent taking multiple titles based on one plot. I think the latter makes more sense -- why should "refusing to stop backing a plot" be worse than "plotting"?
