There is a lot of discussion going on about how Orthodoxy is presented in EU4, and why it's so poor.
What I propose, is the ability to reform Orthodoxy, as Peter the Great of Russia did: abolishment of the Patriarchy and made church answerable to state committee, known as Most Holy Governing Synod and governed by a layman, with Emperor as a leader of religion. In-game representation could be not unlike Reformed religion, since basically his inspiration for the reform was Church of England and different protestant denominations he encountered during Great Embassy.
