Reform progress and Trade company.

As provinces of Trade company has high autonomy, countries with greay TCs suffer from Reform progress loss. Why do countries with TCs only lose Reform progress and don’t countries with Colonial states? Oversea TC shouldn’t affect Reform progress gain.

Trading companies should not affect overall autonomy. I agree with you on this. Trading companies have a negative impact on this. The size of the trading companies is drastically slowing our speed of completing goverment reforms.
