Only after playing the game for a fair amount of time did i even discover the possibilty of becoming emperor. I found no mention anywhere in the actual game except the odd event of "X has been crowned emperor", only after scrutinizing the EU2 wiki i found out exactly what the benefits of being emperor were and much more importantly how the election systems works.
Why not enable some more streamlined way of dealing with the HRE, instead of almost secretive way it works in EU2? I would be nice to be able to quickly find out who is voting for who, and when you are the emperor, who is supporting you, and maybe even add a new flag for the emperor (think Austria AGCEEP)
