Red Circle in Paradox Symbol

For GOD'S SAKE i cant fix that problem
theres a red circle keep saying ''update did not work pls service blah blah''
I WANT TO PLAY THE GAME ALRIGHT?!
Pls look at the image and i have 5 hours to fix that because me and my friends

gonna be play Multiplayer in HOI IV

You could try starting HOI4.exe from the game directory.

That starts the game with the settings (DLCs, MODs) you had when you started it with the launcher last time.

and theres proof for how this doesnt work

Ok one more try:

In the Folder C:\Users\***Your_Username***\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV you find the file:
"dlc_load.json"
Make a backup of it, open it with notepad, delete everything that is in it and replace it with:

{"disabled_dlcs":[],"enabled_mods":[]}

Then start HOI4.exe.
That should start the game with all DLC you have and no MODs.

Have you checked the game files with steam? Is your Checksum in game correct if you start HOI4.exe?
