Recursive "demand conversion" problem (or generic recursive action/request)

Hello,

I faced a problem - when i changed religion all my vassals accepted it, but their vassals (and recursively) didn't.
At the same time, i had 100% chance of "demand conversion" (in the attachments) in most of cases, so if i want to push it to all vassals i have to spend a few hours because of the empire size.

Maybe I shouldn't push conversion to all vassals, i had some reasons but i'am not sure if they are true:
1. i thought that they can join a crusade if they are Catholic (not against my but still help to spread "enemy" religion)
2. want them to spread my religion to their lands.

But this option exists and i think maybe there are other cases, when it can be useful to broadcast some action/requests to all vassals in case if you have 100% successful chance.

So, as for me there are two useful options:
1. implement some generic way to broadcast some action/requests to all vassals (with similar to grand title hierarchy (but vassals instead of lands)
2. if it's a unique case, maybe to implement a decision which helps only there (broadcast "demand conversion")

From my experience, my vassals usually manage to force convert all of their vassals without too much of an issue in case of mass conversion. I understand your problem but it honestly shouldn't affect your run all that much.
