I haven't seen anybody report this yet, so here goes. In a game as Burgundy in the 1750s, I have CC's in all my core provinces. Only problem is, when I go to build an army, the number of infantry I can build is one less than the number of cavalry or cannons I can build. For example: Inf> 27k, Cav> 28k, Art> 28k.
