Funny how not even Hungary is part of the Axis. Did Germany bring Italy along for the fun? Cause in that case the SU is truly finished. At least, as long as Japan doesn't run out of manpower due to not having China. So many variables...

I am afraid only Argentina and Japan are in the Axis, but an active Japan fighting the Soviets is much more useful than the Italians

Manpower will be the biggest issue I think. If this goes anything like my Swedish game (which also had a two-front war for the Soviets- albeit with China helping Japan), then Germany will be at the gates of Moscow within a couple months. They even have the advantage of starting in East Poland and not having to deal with the Baltic. Should be interesting to see how it goes.

1st October 1939 - 1st November 1939

with the war against the Red Menace raging in the East and the German and Japanese armies routing their foe, the world has forgotten our own wars of expansion, except for the US of course... our relations with them are simply bad... We don't think we'll be besties again. But US anger is a little price to pay Glory and Honor... specially since our claims are just and right (most of them anyways)

the German Abwehr decided to trust us and a spy network was formed

Our Minister of Industry decided it was the time to take another step in the right direction, that's why a new law was passed

the German Government more and more convinced of the Total Victory in the East, decided to gear up or own rearmament and accepted to give us a lend lease

Meanwhile in Europe, Soviet leaders become more and more anxious about their Western enemy and more industry was moved to Siberia... the Japanese can not be happier

Here in the South, things started to heat up, once Peru and Ecuador's border issues become more and more important for leaders who need a escape goat for the internal unrest: so, a new war in South America started:

An emergency meeting was called up in the 'Casa Rosada' and all our Generals and Admirals were there, also all the Ministers, Secretaries and Adviser. many Bankers and Industrialist too.

Y es. It was... And there was also a war between Paraguay and Bolivia un the '30 calles 'guerra del Chaco'.... Can you guys guess who were helping the Paraguayans with material, logístics and new táctics?

The Chilean War

Our Armies, in position for a rush against Chile's capital city and the most important port (the only two VPs Chile had) made this war really short... What was worst for the Chileans they didn't even have time to mobilize and most of their best troops were in the South, ready to conquer the Argentinian Patagonia:

less than a day later, our Armies claimed victory and the Chilean Government, desperate for help, tried to lure the US into the war... happily, they don't fell quiet ready to attack us

After this sad attempt, they did something that could have ended really bad for us (and our Allies... Buenos Aires trembled when they realized they could have made Berlin really anger)

after this failed act of resistance, it is only a matter of time for our troops to reach Santiago de Chile and accept their surrender... Meanwhile, the war in Russia is reaching its 6th week

Germany keeps the pace while Japan lost some minor territories and won others, all in all, the war is still positive for the Axis

So, Chile was refused to join the Allies, I presume that means they are dead (correction, reincorporated) now.
Also, I hope Germany is able to keep up the advance. Winter is coming after all...

War with Brazil is not an option yet... I can not hold the mighty US by myself and Germany and Japan will be busy a little time more in Russia

Winter is coming, and the wolves are lurking, but I'm confident the German Army will survive

12th November 1939 - 1st January 1940

Finally, on November 13th, the first units of the Argentinean Army arrived into Chile¿s capital, thus ending the war in the Pacific:

It gave us a few more IC and one 7-level port in the Pacific... Now, it was obvious for every one in the Government that disaster was eluded by too little: had been the Chileans been allowed into the Allies or the US accepted the request for help, we would have been in serious troubles, and Papa Germany has his hands tied in Russia and won't come to help his prodigal son... thus, it was decided to use this time to construct more IC, repair and expand our railroads network and allow our Manpower to recover from recent wars and recruitment. Next months will be a little boring for Argentina, but the world is not a boring place: on December 1st, our Embassy in Germany sent us the reports from the Eastern Front:

German advance is only delayed due to division shortage, they need more units to fill the gaps... luckily, Soviets are not able to break through those points

Japan's situation is slightly different, they have been fighting the Red for more time and advanced a lot, but constant battles and supply nightmares are hindering them... what is worst, Soviet numbers are increasing in the area, preparing for a great operation for sure:

Japans has nothing but bodies to stop those heavy tanks... situation might get really ugly in Manchuria...

Meanwhile, more support units were finished:

how can they be useful in a modern war? well, maybe someday we can convert them to fully motorized units... who knows...

and for Christmas, more surprises:

Chinese civil war rages on one more time... happily, the Nats won't have troubles destroying Mao, and note how close they are to join us

1St January 1940 - 10th March 1940

The war in the East, while going well for the Axis, is far from over:

Soviet will to fight to the last man for the Motherland is still high and will require more and more cities to fall in order to achieve Soviet collapse

Situation of the fronts at 10th January:

Cabinet was amazed with the news from Siberia: with nothing more than light arms and bravery the Japanese were able to withstand a total Soviet offensive... or maybe logistical problems led the Soviets to a bloody failure? it does not matter, the Reds were pushed back and Manchukuo is safe for now

it was decided we need to gain experience from the current war and Germans need more boots, so, we will be sending a full expeditionary force to them, once we have the proper transportation for the operation (the Kriegsmarine was unable to transporte our troops to Europe)

it will take a lot of time, but the war will last a few more month for sure...

Sadly, internal problems appeared:

Next months were quiet here in the south: more IC and infra, but no troops... Back in Europe, after some quiet months during winter, German advance resumed and it was almost unstoppable: for March 10th they had advanced more than 3/4 the way to Moscow:

While in the East the gore stalemate continues with both sides unable to break through the enemy's lines

So close... and we dreamed of Argentinian troops marching through the Kremlin...
