Recieving Unusual Techs As UK

Its only 1939 and my allies have given be the most unusal techs, I have gotten most of the high level infantry theories up to and including Advanced Battlefield C31 and many of the advanced Artillery Techs as well. Its not that im complaining I just think this is a little adnormal.

Well, I wasn't sure really. It doesn't seem correct to me that I should be given level 6 & 7 infantry and artillery techs by 1939. Perhaps, it is an accurate occurance, I don't know.

How could any country get that far that fast even with lots of tech sharing?

But I would have posted it first in the general forum which is generally where lots of stuff should first be shared and discussed.

This isn't unusual for the commonwealth, actually.

The AI prioritizes sharing of techs which are more expensive. The Commonwealth minors AI files are set to research mostly infantry tech - when they don't have the required doctrines or electronic/industry techs (ie: nylon) for. Since they can't research the applied techs, they have nothing left to do but grab the theoretical techs.
