3-6 are beign worked on as we speak, untill the next patch is realesed and the NDA restriction is lifted on the work beign done I can say nothign else.

On 2. if memory serves me correctly the USA declares war when it's WE reaches 100. This is antoher thing that is constantly tweaked int he game as well. If you are editing the game file, try setting a negative WE value for the US (this is allowed) and this will slow down US war entry.

On1, you need combat transport procedure docterine (or something like that) to build transports. I will makr this a bug becuase Canada cannot do this is 1939 which is clearly a problem.

A part from my shocking spelling in my first reply (which I am really sorry for). Negative WE should work ok. It mearly represents a USA which is closer to war with Comintern than the Axis. This may lead to problems if the USSR is really agressive.

The WE system is one that is probably the hardest to get right. The current system does produce some silly results, like the one you have pointed out. However if US WE hits -100% then they go and fight the USSR. Which is a bit of stick to keep the USSR under control.

They do? Thats great, why hasn't this been mentioned before?

About the transport tech, its a level 0 naval doctrine called combat unit transport procdure.
